About Amy

As a Certified Senior Advisor® and Group Health Insurance Specialist with over 30 years of experience, I founded Your Senior Advocate™ to help individuals, families, and businesses navigate one of life’s biggest transitions: retirement.

Unlike call centers or one-off advisors, we become your “HR for Life.” That means when you work with us, you’re never left alone to figure out when to take Medicare or Social Security, how to secure your retirement savings, or what insurance and care options are right for you. We walk with you through every stage of the journey — from your working years into your golden years.

Earners of the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® designation have demonstrated advanced knowledge in the multiple processes of aging. CSAs understand how to build effective relationships with older adults because they have a broad-based knowledge of the health, social and financial issues that are important to older adults. Through certification, Certified Senior Advisors agree to uphold the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of older adults.

We have special software that will show you the market evaluations of each company. We will help you decide what company is best for you, based on your needs and we will help you be a part of the process.

Although we do not work for the State or Federal government, we take the time to review your income and let you know if you may qualify for any extra benefits, such as part, or all, of your Part B Premiums paid for or elimination of your Part D premiums, deductible and lower copays for all your prescriptions!

We do not get paid, nor do we charge you an extra fee for this service.
